Denver Post Theater Critic John Moore writes, “Every time the great Alex Ryer opens her mouth, the most horrifying sounds come out (on purpose!). “Birds will fly south” kinds of sounds. Or north, east or west … into walls, if necessary. But every time Ryer does so, the primarily older Arvada Center crowd roars with justifiable laughter. It’s funny. What’s hard on the eardrum here is oh so easy on the funny bone.”
