Reporting to the Box Office Manager, the Patron Experience Representative acts as front‐line customer service contact and provides efficient, courteous service to all visitors of the Arvada Center. Representatives assist patrons with purchase of tickets to events, registration for educational classes, and sales of gallery pieces while also providing clerical support for the entire Arvada Center. This is a part‐time, nonexempt position earning $18.00 per hour and is eligible for paid sick leave. Schedule is based on business needs, approx. 15‐20 per week.
Reporting to the Director of Individual Giving and Patron Experience, this position will implement a comprehensive strategy for the Center’s annual giving program. The Manager will be instrumental in expanding our donor base, building a pipeline for major gifts, and driving effective communication strategies aimed at both existing and prospective donors. This is a full-time, exempt position earning an annualized salary range of $57,000 - $63,000 in addition to a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance plans, term life and accident policies, 401k retirement plan, flexible spending plan, paid time off, and more!

Reporting to the Director of Production, this position oversees all aspects of sound engineering including in-house productions, touring productions, concerts, and related activities and events. The Audio Director hires, trains, and supervises audio personnel.
