Arvada Center 2017 Spring Pottery Sale is Coming May 9 – 14

Arvada CO – The Arvada Center is holding its Spring Pottery Sale May 9 – 14, 2017 in the Upper Gallery. Now in its 40th year, the Pottery Sale is one of the Arvada Center’s most popular annual art sales and it features pieces by Arvada Center faculty, students, and artists. 

Sale hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 14 from1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. There is an opening reception that is free to the public from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9. Many of the ceramics artists featured in this year’s show will attend the reception. For more info go to or call 720-898-7200. The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities is located at 6901 Wadsworth Blvd, and provides free parking for all visitors. 

Come and shop for a functional handcrafted gift for yourself or a one-of-a-kind art piece for your garden. Works offered in this annual show, and sale ranges from functional dinnerware, jewelry to sculpture for your home and garden. Presented by the Arvada Center's nationally recognized faculty of ceramic artists and advanced students, this 6-day sale is free and open to the public. Proceeds benefit the Arvada Center Ceramics Studio.
