Jazz Dance Concert: Planet Earth

The Planet Earth is an intriguing subject to use as inspiration for a dance concert. There are the elements of earth; the deserts, tropics, mountains, jungles, plains, oceans, ice worlds and all the peoples and cultures that inhabit those places. The choreographers and dancers will share their vision of the planet earth and the inhabitants in this family friendly dance concert.

Ballet Dance Concert: Peter Pan

This spring the Arvada Center Academy dancers present the timeless tale of Peter Pan. To open the ballet the choreographers re-imagine how J.M. Barrie created the story and its endearing characters and how Peter and the three Darling children end up going to Never Land. The excitement continues as the Darling children become part of the on-going war between Peter the Pirate, Captain Hook. This fun story ballet will sure to delight the entire family.
