Celebrated concert pianist and conductor Jeffrey Siegel returns to the Arvada Center for his 20th season with a program of great concerts that inform as well as entertain.

January’s concert is Russia: Rebels on the Red Carpet!
This concert program will feature the Canon of Rachmaninoff. When Rachmaninoff fled Russia in 1917 he left a few of his youthful compositions locked in his desk drawer. Although he did not know it, Rachmaninoff was never to return to his home country and only very recently was that drawer opened. Among its contents was this absolutely beautiful, poignant Canon.
