Plaza Booth Application

in Collaboration with SCFD Organizations: Summer 2012

The Arvada Center presents regularly scheduled, family-friendly series of cultural performances called "CenterFest". These events take place in our Outdoor Amphitheater and Plaza area. The Plaza opens at 6:00 p.m., the gates open at 6:30 p.m. and the main events start at 7:30 p.m. in the Amphitheater. In the Plaza, we encourage hands-on activities and informational 'booths' operated by SCFD organizations to engage the public in learning more about their organizations. Booths and exhibitions allow SCFD organizations to distribute information, interact with CenterFest patrons, provide hands-on activities or stage small performances or demonstrations. Booth exhibitors may wish to participate over the summer on more than one evening. SCFD Organizations receive no financial support for their participation. Your flexibility regarding available dates is appreciated in order to accommodate as many SCFD Organizations as possible.
