Arts Council

The role of the Arvada Council for the Arts and Humanities is to advise the Arvada City Council, provide guidance and support to the Arvada Center staff and act as an advocate for public support and funding for the Arvada Center. Each council member provides advice to the Arvada City Council about the Arvada Center on a periodic basis. Members provide volunteer assistance at Arvada Center events, help raise financial resources to support Arvada Center programs, serve on at least one Arvada Center committee and participate in committee projects. Additions to the Arts Council are made by appointment.
