Request a Donation

We consider all donation requests.

What we need from you:

• The organization's information on an official flyer, or the organization's official letterhead
• The date of the event
• When the requested donation is needed by
• To whom and where the donation needs to be sent to
• Any applicable contact information,  phone numbers and e-mails
• Requests need to be submitted at least a month prior to the event
• Will the granted donation be picked up, and by whom, or will the granted donation need to be snail-mailed?
