Everyone Must Have a Ticket
Please be advised that all patrons, including children, need a ticket for concert entry. No children in laps, seat sharing, or infants in carriers or arms will be permitted.
Please be advised that we no longer reprint concert tickets.
All Events Held Rain or Shine
Summer concerts will still be held in the amphitheatre. All events are held rain or shine and because of this we cannot give refunds, credits, or exchanges for summer events.
Umbrellas are welcome. Please do not bring over-sized beach or golf umbrellas as a courtesy to other concert patrons.
Smoking and Vapor Products
The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities is a non-smoking facility. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, pipes, and any other smoking or "vaping" device.
Authorized Ticket Sales
The Arvada Center Box Office, its phone center and Web site, are the only authorized outlets for tickets to performances presented by the Arvada Center. Tickets purchased from any other sources, such as brokers or secondary market web sites, are purchased at your own risk. We urge patrons to purchase tickets only from the Arvada Center. By purchasing from the official ticket provider, you are assured that the ticket you receive is valid and being sold to you at face value.
When you buy from someone other than the Arvada Center:
• We cannot guarantee that your tickets are genuine
• You almost always pay more than face value
• We cannot replace lost or stolen tickets
• We cannot contact you with information on production and/or performance cancellations, time changes or other useful information
Photography and Videography
Unauthorized recording of performances, including but not limited to, musical theater productions, strait play productions, concerts, dance concert performances, guest speaker presentations, panel discussions, and/or children's theater productions, may not be photographed and/or video recorded. This includes photos/video taken on your personal cell phone camera.
Food and Beverages
In compliance with City of Arvada regulations please do not bring alcoholic beverages or glass containers. Wine and beer are available at each event.
You may bring your own picnic dinner into the outdoor amphitheatre, or enjoy our food and snacks available for purchase from our concession areas. Concessions open at 6pm. Coolers will be allowed in the Amphitheatre: however as lawn seating begins to fill you may be asked to remove your coolers to your car prior to the performance start time. The center grounds and picnic areas are open all day.
Please check your ticket for when the Amphitheatre gates open. These times may not be the same for all concerts.
VIP Early Entry Access
If you have VIP admission tickets, you will be granted Early Entry Seating at 6:30 pm. All Early Entry Seating will take place inside the Center upstairs near the concession bar. If you have tickets for lawn seating, please be informed of what type of lawn chair will be permitted into our venue. NO LAWN CHAIRS WITH LEGS ARE ALLOWED. Please see our lawn chair policy below for examples of approved lawn chairs.
General Admission Lawn & Lawn Chair Policy

Please do not bring in any kind of a chair with legs. If you bring in a chair with legs - you will be asked to return the chair to your car or leave the chair outside of the amphitheatre. This policy is in place as a courtesy to other patrons and it helps us maintain our beautiful lawn seating areas.
