THE BUENA VISTA ORCHESTRA (sometimes referred to as The Buena Vista Social Orchestra, Orquesta Buena Vista, etc) is the world's foremost Cuban music repertory ensemble - featuring a revolving lineup of musicians from groups like The Buena Vista Social Club, AfroCuban All Stars, the bands of Celia Cruz, Omara Portuondo, Chucho Valdés, Willie Colon & more!

Maestro Rolando is joined by the likes of trumpeter Antonio Perigo (Omara Portuondo, Oscar D’ León, Celia Cruz, AfroCuban All Stars), percussionist Miguel Valdés (Celia Cruz, Cachao López, Chucho Valdés, AfroCuban All Stars, Ibrahim Ferrer Jr & Buena Vista All Stars, McCoy Tyner), pianist Helder Rojas (La Charanga Habanera and noted for his playing at the famous Buena Vista Social Club Havana concerts), international trombone sensation Yosmel Garcerarn (Trombonañga, Ibrahim Ferrer Jr & Buena Vista All Stars, Buena Vista Social Club, Paulito FG), Latin Grammy nominee & world famous percussionist Pepe Epsinosa (AfroCuban All Stars, Arturo Sandoval, Cubanismo!) & more!

To date, The Buena Vista Social Club, The Buena Vista Orchestra and related projects have toured the world and garnered global acclaim, ticket and record sales in the millions and been the subject of various documentaries, theatrical productions and more - making it the biggest-selling and best known Cuban music project in history. About El Javi

El Javi is a Latin American guitarist and composer known for his dynamic instrumental performances that blend flamenco, progressive rock, classical, and Latin influences. With over 30 years of experience, he has developed a distinctive style that transcends genre, creating immersive musical journeys that resonate with diverse audiences.

Based in Colorado and touring nationally, El Javi offers a versatile solo act. His shows are more than concerts; they are storytelling experiences. Through heartfelt narration and virtuosic playing, he invites listeners into the emotional landscapes that inspire his compositions.

Highlights of his career include opening for artists like Ziggy Marley and Diego El Cigala, being featured in national campaigns such as Coors Light’s My Climb, My Music, and participating in festivals including the International Guitar Festival in Zihuatanejo, Mexico, FoCoMX in Fort Collins, the Jazz and Blues Festival in Valencia, CA, the Underground Music Showcase in Denver, CO, Guitarras del Mundo in Pátzcuaro, Mexico, and the San Miguel de Allende Guitar Festival in Mexico.

Concessions

Concessions are available for purchase at all summer concerts, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options. You can find concession stands in the Amphitheatre Plaza (to the left of the main entrance) or inside the Center, located at the top of the Ampitheatre between the Theatre Gallery and Main Stage Theatre.

For a more elevated experience and to avoid waiting in lines, we invite you to pre-order a prepared picnic basket through our catering partner, Organic Roots. Choose from three curated options ranging from charcuterie, dessert, and sweet and savory. Surely there's something for everyone.

Ticket Fees

Ticket fees support the Arvada Center in covering the cost of live events, providing quality service at our Box Office, maintaining our building, credit card processing costs, and operating our website. Touring acts like this event include an $8 processing fee when purchasing online, over the phone or in-person.

Amphitheatre Policies

Concerts are held rain or shine.

No outside food or picnics allowed in the venue.

Factory sealed water bottles or empty bottles only. No outside beverages, glass containers or alcohol allowed. Beer, wine, soft drinks, bottled water, lemonade and iced tea are for sale inside the venue.

Lawn chairs with legs are not allowed - visit our website for details on types that are permitted.

Designated service animals only.

The Arvada Center is a non-smoking facility, which includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers and pipes.
