Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Director of Corporate Giving leads all corporate philanthropy, sponsorship, and partnership efforts for the Arvada Center. This role is responsible for building and managing a high-performing corporate pipeline, securing multi-year commitments, stewarding partners to strong renewal rates, and activating benefits in collaboration with marketing and programming. The Director carries clear revenue accountability toward organizational and event goals and has no direct reports. This is a full-time, exempt position earning an annualized salary range of $75,000-$82,000 in addition to a benefit package including health, dental, vision insurance plans, term life and accident policies, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending plan, paid time off, and more!

Reporting to the Director of Education, the Drama/Musical Theatre Instructor serves as the lead instructor of Spring Session Classes and Spring Break Camp for students aged 5-8, 9-12, and/or teens. Instructors are responsible for designing lesson plans and curriculum according to either proposed or pre-determined class themes and content areas.
Spring Session consists of 1.5-2 hour evening classes from March 16 to May 22, 2026. Spring Break Camp will be taught the week of March 23-27, 2026, from 1 pm-4 pm.
This is a part-time, nonexempt position earning $27.00 - $34.00 per hour and is eligible for paid sick time.
