Reporting to the Director of Education, the Drama/Musical Theatre Instructor serves as the lead instructor of Spring Session Classes and Spring Break Camp for students aged 5-8, 9-12, and/or teens on behalf of the Education division of the Arvada Center. Instructors are responsible for designing lesson plans and curricula according to either proposed or pre-determined class themes and content areas. Spring Session consists of 1.5-2 hour evening classes on Tuesdays from March 18 to May 20, 2025. Spring Break Camp will be taught the week of March 17-21, 2025 from 9 am to 12 pm. This is a part-time, nonexempt position earning $20.00-$25.00 per hour and is eligible for paid sick time.

Reporting to the Patron Experience and Volunteer Manager, the One-on-one Aide assists students ages 5-15 with cognitive, developmental, and/or physical disabilities, in addition to neurodivergent students and diverse learners who need general support in performing and visual arts summer camp programming at the Arvada Center. One-on-one aides also support summer camp instructors in creating inclusive and nurturing learning environments. One-on-one Aides are scheduled from 9:00-4:00 Monday-Friday throughout the ten weeks of summer camp programming spanning early June through mid-August. This is a part-time, nonexempt position earning $25 per hour and is eligible for paid sick leave.

Reporting to the Dance Program Manager, this hourly position teaches beginning through advanced dance classes that may include ballet, jazz, modern, tap or hip-hop using a syllabus for students ages 6- 18, potentially. This instructor may have the opportunity to choreograph on the performing company for the fall and spring concerts. Company choreography could include story ballets, jazz, hip-hop or modern. This is a part-time, nonexempt position earning $18- $27 per hour and is eligible for paid sick leave.
