Adult Theater
Our theater performances are not recommended for children under the age of 6 years. Some exceptions may apply in regards to family-oriented productions. Everyone attending must have a ticket. No children in laps, seat sharing, or infants in carriers or arms will be permitted.
The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities strives to inform audiences about the content of any given production prior to purchasing tickets. However, to help you make an informed decision on whether a production is appropriate for your child, we encourage you to seek additional information on each production you consider attending. Children disturbing the enjoyment of other theatre patrons may be removed from the venue at the discretion of the theatre’s management. No refund will be given.

Children's Theater
Children age two and under are free when sharing a seat or lap. Infants in carriers are not allowed unless a seat has been purchased to accommodate the carrier.

Outdoor Concerts
Families are welcome at our outdoor events. All children regardless of age will need a ticket to enter. We do not recommend bringing children under the age of 6 years, and no strollers, please. To ensure the enjoyment of all patrons attending the event, disruptive patrons, including adults and/or children, will be asked to leave.

Jeffrey Siegel Coffee Concerts and Keyboard Conversations®
Due to the format of Jeffrey Siegel's concert series, children under the age of 6 are not recommeded to attend.
While we do offer advisories about subject matter on our theatre performances, we realize sensitivities vary from person to person. If you have any questions about content, or stage effects (such as strobe lights or theatrical fog) that might have a bearing on patron comfort, please contact the Box Office at 720-898-7200.
Theatre Subscribers
As a subscriber, you can exchange your tickets at no charge up to 24 hours prior to the performance. If you need to exchange tickets on the day of the performance, you will be charged $5 per ticket. Same-day exchange privileges end at noon for the 2:00 pm performances and 5:00 pm for the 7:30 pm curtain times. One-night-only events are non-exchangeable.
Exchanges can be made in person at our Box Office. Exchanges by mail must be received by the Box Office prior to the deadlines stated above. All exchanges are subject to seating availability. As a season ticket holder, you are seated in all theater events before the general public. We also try to assign you to the same seats for each theater performance.
Non-subscribers
You can exchange your tickets to the same event for $5 per ticket up to 24 hours prior to the original event time. This exchange can be completed in person, by mail, or by phone. All exchanges are subject to ticket availability.
Education classes
All refunds and exchanges, except those due to class cancellations, are subject to a $5 service charge. No refunds are given after classes begin. For most classes, refunds will be made only up until 48 hours prior to the class. For Ceramics classes and summer camps, refunds will be made only if the refund is requested no less than seven days before the start of the class. Payment must be made in full at registration.
A group is 10 or more people who wish to see an event at the Arvada Center. If your group drops below 10 people, you must pay the full price rate for your tickets. Group rates vary depending on the size of the group. We hold tickets for you while you organize your group. We allow group numbers to fluctuate until payment is received. All group orders must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event. No group rates are available on Children's Theater events. No exchanges or refunds are given on group orders.
Subscribers
Subscribers can have their tickets reprinted for free. We hold all reprinted tickets to be picked up on the night of the performance. Please bring photo identification.
Non-Subscribers
If you lose or forget your tickets, you may have them reprinted at the Box Office on the night of the performance. We ask that you bring identification for your tickets as a safeguard for yourself.
Unauthorized recording of performances, including but not limited to, musical theater productions, strait play productions, concerts, dance concert performances, guest speaker presentations, panel discussions, and/or children's theater productions, is prohibited. This includes photos/video taken on your personal cell phone camera.
Arvada Center welcomes designated service animals only. As a courtesy to other patrons attending events at the Arvada Center, please do not bring non-service animals.
The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities is a non-smoking facility. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, pipes, and any other smoking or "vaping" device.
