Starting June 30, 2025, Arvada Center Event Spaces will no longer be holding event rentals in our space. 

This strategic transition will discontinue the ACES event rental program, allowing the Center to refine its focus on arts and cultural programming. The change will take effect after June 30, 2025. Events scheduled before June 30 will happen as planned. We are committed to supporting a smooth and customized transition for any events scheduled after that date, and no new bookings will be accepted.

The Arvada Center remains committed to serving the community and will continue to host special events, performances, and programs. The Center partners with local venues, including Social Capitl, Origin Hotel- Westminster, and Hilton Garden Inn, to provide alternative event space recommendations.

The Arvada Center will continue its partnership with Organic Roots Catering. Organic Roots will remain based in the Arvada Center’s concessions kitchen and will continue offering catering services throughout the greater  Denver-Metro area.

Why is ACES closing?

The Arvada Center is restructuring its operations to focus on our core arts and cultural programming.

What happens to my existing booking?

If your event is scheduled before June 30, 2025, it will proceed as planned. Bookings scheduled after that date will be cancelled, and refunds will be issued - with some exceptions. You will receive communication directly from Victoria Gardner with details about your event date, and Victoria is available to answer any questions that may arise. 

Can I still book future events?
