Beware of Third Party Resellers
Thank you for making us so popular! As we experience in-demand productions particularly around the holiday season, we want to caution you about third-party ticket sellers. Resellers can be scams, and often sell our tickets for far above the average ticket price (tickets at the Arvada Center will never cost more than $90).
The best way to purchase tickets to any of our shows is always directly through our website - arvadacenter.org!
Some guidelines to ensure you're buying tickets from the correct website:
- Make sure that the website starts with arvadacenter.org
- When searching for Arvada Center tickets online, be careful that you are not clicking a third-party link. Sometimes these third-party websites will show up before the Arvada Center website. Sometimes they even show up in Google searches at the very top in the sponsored ads.
- Some of these tickets may be actual tickets, but many of the third-party sellers are fraudulent and presenting themselves as valid vendors.
- The Arvada Center is not responsible for fraudulent tickets or the money spent on them, so please be careful to ensure that you are purchasing from the arvadacenter.org event page.
- Some third-party website names to avoid include:
- Event Tickets Center
- Tickets-Center.com
- Ticketsmarter
- Perto
- Tickets Mate
- Ticketcity
- Captain Ticket
- Ticketmaster
- Vivid Seats
The Arvada Center Box Office, its phone center, and the Arvada Center website, are the only authorized official ticket providers of Arvada Center ticketed events. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from any other sources, such as brokers or secondary market websites. We encourage patrons to purchase tickets only from the Arvada Center. By purchasing from the official ticket provider, you are assured that the ticket you receive is valid and being sold to you at face value.
Purchasing from an outside broker:
- These websites might use our logo, photographs, and venue name. Even if the website looks legitimate, we may not guarantee that tickets that aren't purchased directly from the Arvada Center will be valid for admission.
- You almost always pay more than face value.
- We cannot replace lost or stolen tickets.
- We cannot contact you with information on production and/or performance cancellations, time changes or other useful information.
How to get a refund from an outside broker if your tickets are invalid:
- Contact the vendor you purchased the tickets from and explain the situation.
- If the vendor will not provide a refund, we recommend that you contact your credit card company and explain the situation, and request a refund from them.
The only way to guarantee a safe purchase is by purchasing through the official Arvada Center website.
