Dracula: A Feminist Revenge Fantasy, Really - Audio Described Performance

What is Audio Described Theatre?

Live audio description is available for patrons with vision loss for our theatre productions. The audio description gives a visual description of the costumes, set, and movement of a performance. An audio describer will speak into a microphone that is transmitted to a receiver with different headphone options.

A revenge fantasy to sink your teeth into!

One part horror, one part humor, playwright Kate Hamill upends the sexism in Bram Stoker’s vampire classic in a thrilling, gory and funny new adaptation. 

Who are the real monsters, and who is actually in distress? Dracula’s Victorian tropes of fainting ladies and evil villains get turned on their heads. Fierce, feminist and frightening, Dracula: A Feminist Revenge Fantasy, Really drives a gleeful stake through the heart of the patriarchy itself.

Due to the intimate nature of the Black Box, no late seating will be allowed.

Content Warning

This is a horror production, and features stage violence, suggestive intimacy, fighting, stage blood and jump scares. Theatrical fog will be present in the theatre.
