Know Before You Go

The Arvada Center Galleries hold the health and safety of our visitors, staff, and artists as the highest priority. To allow for recommended distancing and to monitor the number of people in our galleries, we are implementing a new reservation system for our summer exhibition Pink Progression: Collaborations.

Even with a reservation system, the Arvada Center Galleries remain FREE to the public.  This free access is made possible through the support of our generous patrons and donors - thank you!

The Arvada Center Galleries are open Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Sunday 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Before You Visit

  • All visitors are encouraged to reserve a free ticket for a one-hour time slot before you come to the Arvada Center.
  • Once you reserve your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with your chosen time slot and the number of people in your party.
  • If you do not reserve a ticket prior to your visit, you may still be permitted to enter the exhibition depending on the number of visitors in your party.

When You Arrive

  • Be sure to wear a mask or cloth face covering before you enter the Arvada Center.
  • As you enter the building, you will use a self-service kiosk to check your temperature.
  • Follow the sign and check-in with the Box Office staff (directly in front of the Main Gallery).  They will check you in and give you the go-ahead to enter the Main Gallery, Upper Gallery, or Theatre Gallery.

Seeing the Exhibition

  • Pink Progression: Collaborations is a dynamic exhibition that draws on many themes.  The artists have created a series of statements to accompany their pieces.  Use your full hour time slot to explore all three gallery spaces and read these statements.
  • By gaining the artists’ perspectives, you will learn more about the context of each piece.
  • Keep an eye on the clock!  Once your hour time slot is done, please proceed back to the main doors to exit.
  • Share your experience! Post any photos or thoughts about the exhibition on social media - we'd love to know what you think. Find the Center on Facebook and Instagram.

Questions before your visit? Contact the Box Office by email at info@arvadacenter.org, or by phone at 720-898-7200.
