A completed and signed Participant Information and Medical Care Authorization form is required for each class a child attends.

Health and Safety

Students attending classes are required to sign a Healthy and Safety requirements document. Please read, sign and return to the Arvada Center. All students attending classes in person at the Center are required to sign this document and follow the requirements. Return it to Christina by email, or bring it to your first day of class.

Spring 2024 Recital Fees

The performance fee for the Spring Ballet and/or Jazz Dance concerts is $120 per student. If a child is performing in both the Ballet and Jazz concert, they will need to pay a fee for each.
