Academy students should receive a link to the weekly YouTube warm-up around 5:00pm on Sundays. Our goal is to create one new warm-up per week, although the style will change from week to week. We highly encourage all dancers to follow along with these warm-ups, even if the style is different from the one your dancer is registered for; we believe that these warm-ups will benefit dancers from every discipline.
