What makes something "On-Demand?"
An on-demand performance means it's been recorded before you see it, rather than performed live! After you purchase, you can watch these performances whenever you like and as many times as you like before they close. Buyer and Cellar and The Great Gatsby: A Radio Play are both on demand.
What is a radio play?
Our radio plays are audio-based theatre - like your favorite podcast, or an audiobook. Gather your family to listen together, or put in your headphones and enjoy on your own.
Because these plays are hosted on Vimeo, they will also be captioned so you can read along too. Keep your eye on the screen to read captions, or just sit back and listen. These radio plays will play on the device of your choice - your phone, tablet or a computer.
How do I access my on-demand purchase?
A link will be emailed to you either on the first day the play is available, or the day you buy tickets if you purchase when the play is open. The link will take you to Vimeo, where you can listen to the play at your leisure.
You can also access your account on our website on or after the first day the play is available. Your login information will probably be the email address you entered when you bought tickets, and you may need to change your password.
To make sure you don't miss communication from us, we recommended adding AC_Cust_serv@arvadacenter.org to your contacts. If you have any trouble accessing the play, please contact our Box Office at 720-898-7200.
