Ticketing and Refund Policies

Dynamic Ticket Pricing

Ticket prices may be increased due to the popularity of any given production. Tickets initially purchased at the introductory price will incur the difference in price when exchanged after dynamic pricing is implemented. We will, however, maintain our introductory pricing for value seating throughout the run of the production. Exchange fees may apply.

Content Advisory

While we do offer advisories about subject matter on our theatre performances, we realize sensitivities vary from person to person. If you have any questions about content, or stage effects (such as strobe lights or theatrical fog) that might have a bearing on patron comfort, please contact the Box Office at 720-898-7200.

Authorized Ticket Sales

The Arvada Center Box Office, its phone center, and the Arvada Center website, are the only authorized official ticket providers of Arvada Center ticketed events. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from any other sources, such as brokers or secondary market websites. We encourage patrons to purchase tickets only from the Arvada Center. By purchasing from the offical ticket provider, you are assured that the ticket you receive is valid and being sold to you at face value.

Purchasing from an outside broker:

  • These websites might use our logo, photographs, and venue name. Even if the website looks legitimate, we may not guarantee that tickets that aren't purchased directly from the Arvada Center will be valid for admission.
  • You almost always pay more than face value.
  • We cannot replace lost or stolen tickets.
  • We cannot contact you with information on production and/or performance cancellations, time changes or other useful information.

How to get a refund from an outside broker if your tickets are invalid:

  • Contact the vendor you purchased the tickets from and explain the situation.
  • If the vendor will not provide a refund, we recommend that you contact your credit card company and explain the situation, and request a refund from them.

The only way to guarantee a safe purchase is by purchasing through the official Arvada Center website.

Due to the nature of live theatrical bookings - dates, titles, availability and prices are subject to change.
