Frequently Asked Questions

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Online sales will end at 11:59 p.m. on August 10. After that point, all tickets must be bought at the door. Ticket prices the day of the event are: General tasting: $35, VIP tasting: $55. Entry (which does not include drinks) is $5 and children 12 and under are free.


Where do I pick up my beer glass, punch card or ticket?

All beer glasses and punch cards will be handed out at the check-in table located at the entry gate of the festival in the Arvada Center Sculpture Field. Look for signage. There will be a will call line for those who have purchased tickets in advance and a line for day-of ticket sales.


Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final, and we don’t offer exchanges or refunds.


Can I bring my dog or other pet?

Service animals are permitted and should be identified with a service vest or other wearable item. Please leave all other pets at home.


Can I bring my own food or drink?

This event is a fundraiser to support the Arvada Center, a nonprofit arts organization, so please leave all food and drink at home so you can enjoy the food and drinks at the festival. There will be plenty of food options and nonalcoholic beverages available for purchase.


Where do I park?

Free parking will be offered at the Arvada Center in bays F and G and in the marked field west of the festival entry gate. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.


Can I purchase beer?

You may purchase full glasses of wine or beer at the bars located within the festival next to the stage.


What happens if it rains?

The event is held rain or shine.


Is the event ADA accessible? Where is the accessible parking?

Yes. The event is ADA accessible and parking will be offered just south of the entry gate. Look for signage to find ADA parking.


Will there be food or non-alcoholic beverages available?

We will have a variety of delicious food trucks in the dining area, along with snacks and nonalcoholic beverages at the bar.


Do I have to buy my child a ticket?

Children 12 and younger are free.


Is re-entry allowed?

Yes, re-entry is allowed. If you must leave, please keep your wristband on to be allowed back into the festival.


Is there an ATM on site?

Not within the festival. There is an ATM that is located just inside the Arvada Center’s main doors. Credit cards will also be accepted for tickets and by most vendors.


Can I purchase a ticket with a credit card?

Absolutely!


Will there be gluten free beer or cider available?

White Claw Hard Seltzer and Cayman Jack will offer samples. Wine and gluten free cider and will be available for purchase at the bar.


What should I wear?

Arts & Ales is an outdoor event, held in the Arvada Center Sculpture Field. Comfortable, closed toed shoes are probably the best choice for footwear.
