Colorado Gives Day 2018

On December 4, 2018, generous citizens will come together to support Colorado nonprofits and we hope that you will think of the Arvada Center when deciding on what to support. To continue to provide high-quality arts programming and education to low-income students and members of our community, we need your help.

This year, we are asking you to help us meet our goal of raising $200,000 between now and December 31 st . If we reach our goal, we will receive an additional $25,000 from our board of directors. Every donation given on Colorado Gives Day will count toward our goal, and when you find yourself at the Center you see how your support helps us to prosper and grow.

What is Colorado Gives Day?
Colorado Gives Day is an annual statewide movement to celebrate and increase philanthropy in Colorado through online giving. Donations are accepted through ColoradoGives.org.

  • Colorado Gives Day unites all Coloradans in a common goal to strengthen the state’s nonprofits by giving to their favorite charities online. The state’s largest community giving movement has raised a total of $182 million since its inception in 2010.

  • Colorado Gives Day donations are accepted at ColoradoGives.org, which features the missions, programs and finances of more than 2,300 Colorado nonprofits. Each organization’s online profile is screened by Community First Foundation to ensure specific standards are met before they are added to the program.

  • Every donation made through ColoradoGives.org on Colorado Gives Day is boosted by the incentive fund*, which increases the value of every dollar. For example, if a nonprofit organization receives 10 percent of the total donations made on Colorado Gives Day, that same nonprofit receives 10 percent of the $1 Million Incentive Fund.
